I was given a free hand by the client for this 10kg whipped cream wedding cake .The only specification being white cake and red roses .So I got a bit daring and stacked it in a way that I have never tried before .Was skeptical that my sharp edges wouldn’t remain but they held up well and bride and groom loved the cake .Only the gold buds and gold leaves are fondant ,roses are whipped cream too .
