these are so beautiful..how in the world do you get those sharp edges on a oreo?

Thank you so much! I use this mold: http://www.christinesmolds.ca/plain-cookie/ You pour a bit of chocolate in each cavity, place the oreo, and then fill the rest of the cavity with more chocolate. Here’s a tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x5_AN_ra2M8
