I was delighted to be part of this year’s UNSA project which is dedicated to celebrating Earth Day and raising money and awareness for National Geographic.

While I was researching the many environmental themes I found a poster which depicted Earth as an ice-cream in a cone but melting because of global warming. It struck a chord immediately and thought it would be a cool representation for the collaboration (please excuse the pun ). The cone is a polystyrene dummy and the earth is cake. I covered it in modelling chocolate.
