A dairy free seaside themed cake for a lovely lady turning 80. The picture was hand drawn using edible ink pens and is of the pier when she spent much of her childhood. The seashells were made using fabulous molds which I LOVED using….crumbs they save so much time don’t they!! Anyway, the sand was made using left over cake whizzed up…..and that, as they say, is that. Hope you like it xxx
