In this HEAT WAVE it felt WONDERFUL to work with all these FROZEN COOL COLOURS!
There is alot that went on behind this cake! I had an accident that morning after dropping my daughter to school! Got back home in one piece and had to immediately get working on this cake order! I was filled to the brim with hatred and negative energy towards the foolish guy who rammed his car into mine while reversing! No hug! NO loud music (and it was too early for wine ;)) was able to calm me or change my mood but then MAGIC happened when I started painting this
FROZEN picture! The soft blend of the colours, the intricate details and the expression of the characters just totally changed my mood! I felt light and excited! Excited to see the birthday girl’s reaction to her special cake!
