Okay so there was probably more actual cake decorating that went into the name plaque than on the actual cake which was just ribbons and feathers, but the design was chosen by my friend for her nan’s 100th birthday.

We decided on a separate plaque than make that cake even more fussy by adding writing to it!

I was honoured to have been asked to make a cake for such a special occasion and it meant that, in the space of a few months I had a made a 1st, a 10th and a 100th birthday cake!
