This was my first ever wedding cake, for a friend of a friend. 4 tier, WASC cake with raspberry filling and SMBC. This was my first time doing a cake this tall, so I actually completed an entire, full scale practice cake first to make sure I could anticipate anything that might go wrong. My coworkers and friends certainly appreciated this as they got to benefit from all the practice recipes and cakes! Everyone loved it including the bride and I couldn’t be prouder with how it turned out!
