This was a going away cake for a friend/coworker. She loves gnomes so it was only fitting she had a proper gnome send off. The stump is chocolate cake with a triple layer filling of chocolate ganache, salted caramel sauce and toffee bits. The mushroom base is vanilla cake and the topper is crispy treats.
