Hi everyone!! This is the cake i made for Valentine’s day this year. I live in Terni, in the centre of Italy, my town is called also “City of Lovers”, because its patron saint, Saint Valentine, was born and became a bishop here and his remains are preserved in the basilica-sanctuary in his honor.
We had a week of celebrations and this is a dummy cake made for a demo during the Valentine’s week.
I had this cake in my mind for a long time and one day i want to replicate it in a edible version, I think the cloud can be easily made of cake,crossed by the structure that supports the hot air balloon.
It’s a bit late now to share here this Valentine’s cake but it’s always the right time to celebrate love!!!
