This year for Valentine’s Day I made box of chocolates cakes. I saw ones online done by The Cake Blog and Bakerella that were my inspiration.

All of the chocolates are homemade (maraschino cherry, classic truffle, mocha truffle, caramel pecan center, praline center and oeanut butter cup) using a couple of new molds I bought.

The only part of the cakes that wasn’t edible were the paper liners.
