A cake for a cute little girl. I made my own version of Elsa, a little more human… The cake inside was white and blue velvet with dulce de leche cream cheese frosting. Covered and decorated with homemade white chocolate mmf. The castle is made out of pastillage, and assembled on top a plate covered in royal icing. Drippings in royal icing and sugar ice cubes.
