I made this cake to celebrate the 5th anniversary of my Irish dance school, Steysha.
The cake is covered in white sugar paste, decorated with red silhouettes printed on icing sheets, Celtic knots also printed on icing sheets, a red cape made also from sugar paste, a big 5 and the name of the school in capital letters.
It’s not perfect, but it is one of the most beautiful cakes I have ever made.
