I made this for one of my favourite aunts who loves indian sweets or as we call it – mithai.
The box is entirely lemon pistachio cake with cream cheese frosting and white chocolate ganache and fondant, the lid was foam core covered in fondant.
The yellow laddoos were made out of cake pops, the silver kaju katli and gulab jamuns were fondant, topped with silver foil and pistachios.
