This cake was made for my sister in law for her birthday. This was the first time i attempted to do a big ruffled rose out of fondant. I learned this from Melissa from MyCakeSchool.com (http://www.mycakeschool.com/blog/pretty-pink-flower-cake/) mine is not as beautiful as Melissas’, hopefully with time and practice I can make it better.
