Rainbows and Unicorns

Miss 5 wanted a unicorn and a rainbow cake. We carved a hill out of vanilla cake filled with raspberry buttercream. The hill was covered with green fondant and flowers. A large rainbow was made out of sugarpaste and dried around a cake tin this was then royal iced onto the cake and a fondant unicorn placed under the rainbow – birthday girl loved it and sill has the rainbow and unicorn
