Cake made specially for Int. girls school…..
Had a trouble to put it together, as my customer ask me to make fondant from their own marshmallow, which, as I understood later, doesnt have gelatin in it…..😏 (religious tabu)…..as you might know, fondant with egg whites only hardens almost like royal icing….. At the end, I really couldn’t believe I managed it, though it taken me double the time and a lot of stress……anyway, I hope you like it and learnt one more thing from my experience….😉
