Butter Cream Roses

A tower of piped butter cream roses, hundreds of them, made over several weeks and placed on a four tier, four flavor wedding cake. I made different sizes so they would fill in tightly, leaving very few spaces or gaps around the cake. I kept all the roses in the freezer to make placement fast as I worked my way up the cake.
