This is a Tinkerbell topsy turvy cake finished in buttercream with fondant accents and fondant Tinkerbell.The bottom tier is an 8 inch lemon cake with lemon curd filling. The top tier is a vanilla cake with guava buttercream filling.
This is my third topsy turvy cake but the first finished in butter cream.
