how are you? Ready for the holidays?
I just wanted to show you my latest cake: 3D Santa Cake – Chocolate Cake filled with Caramel and Chocolate Ganache, covered with Fondant. Head and Arms are hand made of modelling chocolate. It is about 30cm high. I made him for my little sweet nephew.
