This cutie-pie is 100% cake, and finished with modelling chocolate and rice crispy ear muffs.
He was also the first time I used my new airbrush which was exciting and nerve-wracking in equal measure!

Inside he is a lush lemon cake, layered with homemade lemon curd and vanilla & lemon swiss meringue buttercream, encased in white chocolate ganache.
