First time making an all buttercream rosettes cake. This one gave me anxiety! I take my hat off to all the buttercream queens! I don’t know how many times I swirled and swiped clean lol. In the end I was very happy with the outcome.

I love how the plaque turned out and the Rolkem gold is awesome first time using it.
