I am always a bit wary when I am asked to do a pile of presents as a birthday cake. It is very difficult to come up with something that hasn’t been done before. I thought my best approach would be to focus on colour and techniques. The customer didn’t seem overly impressed but the cake was very well received by everyone else!

Hi, No it was an embosser that I used to cut with. Quite difficult as embossers are thinner than cutters and it was quite a fiddley designn that broke quite easily when trying to remove it from the embosser
