Alice & the Rabbit
My piece is Alice and the white rabbit in the forest. Alice, rabbit, watch and large flowers are made from Satin Ice flower paste. I used a mould for Alice’s face which is by Sweet Revolutions by Domy, The rest of her was modelled by myself. The watch is also made by a mould by Zee Chik which I then painted with Rolkem Gold. The white rabbit was modelled by myself I used florist wire for the Glasses. For the log I used an impression mat to get the deep grooves then went over it with modelling tools to add more texture to it, it is airbrushed from white using Kroma airbrush paint. For the large flowers I made a little face which I then made a mould from to create the centres of the flowers. The smaller flowers are made from wafer paper. The grass is made from desiccated coconut which I coloured using my kroma airbrush green paint along with sugarflair kiwi and apple food gels.
