Texas Longhorn Hat Cake

This is my first hat cake made for my husband. My husbands only request was for something different and something spicy. So…this is a Mexican chocolate cake with a thin layer of raspberry preserves and a habanero mousse filling! I wouldn’t try it because I’m not a spice gal, but he loved it! :)
