I love the Chevron pattern on cakes. However, I find them extremely time consuming. I use a template and cut them out with an exacto knife. I try to lay them on a piece of wax paper cut to the dimensions of the cake. I have spritz my cake with water. However, they are always a challenge to get them onto the cake in one long piece. I always find myself fixing/adjust the lines. So on this note if anyone can give me any advice I would truly appreciate it :)
