This cake was made for a couple who wanted a wedding cake a little bit different. They wanted no flowers and to incorporate their wedding colours of yellow and shades of grey as well as the ampersand that was a feature on their wedding invitations.
The tiers were covered in a mosaic of grey shades and then the ampersand became the main feature!
