Our little tomboy from last year (remember the BEN 10 cake) has been adorning a tiara for many months now . Yes, she is totally into all the pretty girly things now & wanted a Princess Sophia theme party with a Castle cake . We all had lots of fun decorating the venue to suit the theme & the castle stood tall & proud in it all.

Bake make: 3 tiers of moist dark chocolate cake with vanilla bean buttercream filling. All tiers were frosted in chocolate ganache & dressed in fondant . The castle was completed with three turrets made from rice krispies , pretty little windows & doors , dainty little flowers , flower pots and the birthday girl’s favorite dolls were used as toppers. Moist vanilla flavoured cupcakes with lavendar cream swirls were made to accompany the cake.
