Maria Toinette

I made this to enter in my very first cake competition (had a Renaissance theme)....and won 2nd place!! Could NOT believe it! The body and arms are white chocolate, the jewels are isomalt, the pearls are candy and everything was hand painted with a stencil. It was about 22 inches tall and 12” around at the base. This was so fun to make and can’t wait until I have the chance to make another cake like it!
