Motorbike tyre cake

I made this motorbike cake a couple of week’s ago for a 50th birthday. The topper is a model of the birthday boy’s new bike. Apparently he loved it and took heaps of photos of it :-)

The flavour was sticky date cake with salted caramel buttercream and dark chocolate ganache. My current fave flavour combo yum!

The design was inspired by a cake from Aboutcake.
