This cake not only represented my friend’s bubbly and positive personality, but the other side of the cake (gotcha!) was to represent the angry Unikitty that is a jab at her fiery personality. This cake now not only had one happy Unikitty to worry about, but the angry one as well which I had to consider and work on. Because of so many elements on the cake, a mixture of fondant and modelling chocolate had to be used to buy me some time to work different colours together before the fondant dries and cracks. This cake weighed a tonne, at close to 70cm in height!

The cake was a dark chocolate mud cake with layers of honeycomb buttercream, passionfruit curd, and chocolate and raspberry crumble encased in very heavenly Baileys ganache.
