I finally had the chance to create a castle cake! I had been wanting to do one for a long time. It’s definitely a challenge with lots of prep ahead of time to make the turrets, toppers, etc. I loved the stained glass window & the textures of brick & stone. The bottom square tier is White Velvet cake with White chocolate buttercream filling, & the round second tier is Dark Chocolate cake with Chocolate Silk buttercream filling.
