A lady got in contact with me to ask if i could replicate her husbands work van using cake for his retirement. So here it is :)

It is made and carved from an 8" square vanilla sponge, with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam.

It is 100% edible, with all the detail hand painted on using a cocktail stick.
