7 inch and single 5 inch rounds of Almond Cake filled with White Chocolate Ganache and covered in fondant. The peony is made out of modeling chocolate. I used Artisan Cake Company’s YouTube video tutorial to make it. Took me a few tries, but I finally was happy with it!
