This was a 12" rich fruit cake, lovingly matured and fed. I made the flowers to the brides specifications of colour which I was a little unsure about to begin with but I think they turned out beautiful in the end. Sadly I cannot take credit for the design as the bride showed me a picture of the cake she wanted. I made the yellow flower middles but mixing yellow paste colour with sugar until the colour I wanted.
