Tropical fish

This was a very fun colorful cake to work on. It was for a graduation open house and the graduate loved it. It’s a sheet cake with 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 vanilla cakes with buttercream frosting. All the decorations are made of fondant. Special thanks to my granddaughter Emily for her help. We had a great time incorporating colors into the fish details….Along with 48 cupcakes with the fish on the top.
