This four tier wedding cake was designed for a lovely couple who got married at Port Lympne Mansion, this stunning venue is set in Port Lympne reserve. I had a fantastic brief to work from and I was left to be creative, bringing in detail such as the embroidery dots on the bride’s dress and brooches used in her bouquet. I wanted to bring an element of nature onto this cake with the selection of flowers, khaki leaves, berries and dragonflies but also fit in with the opulent decor of the mansion.
