A fun little lemon sponge and buttercream cake I was asked to make for a lovely customer of mine who has just been promoted to a new role of Lead Infection Control nurse for the South West Ambulance Service.
I was given free rein with the design and because her husband told me she was a little nervous about stepping into this new role, I decided to to go with a fun and lighthearted approach. I’m pleased to say they loved it! :D
