My client saw a cake she liked and this is similiar. If I were to do jewels again, I think I would us isomalt. The recipe I used was one I had saved from a cake site, and they were sticky. I made LMF and added some tylose for the ruffles. Olaf and the snowflakes were made out of gum paste.
