A bride gave me a picture of a cake that she found online that she really liked and wanted me to recreate it for her wedding. Top tier was strawberry, middle white, bottom butter pecan, all filled and frosted with vanilla buttercream, covered with fondant, painted with shimmer dust and then detailed with freehand piped designs. Large handmade sugar flower on top and handmade ornate monogram finish off this romantic wedding cake! Tier sizes are 6”, 9” and 12” rounds; cake served 100 people.
