This cake was Huge 2.2m x 1.8m and weighed about 60KG made from Chocolate Mudd Cake it was commissioned by the Rotorua Airport to celebrate their 1st Birthday becoming an International Airport, 200 people ate the the top bit down to the sparkly bit.
Sparkly bit it to signify the area that the Airport supports, called Central Park
