A 60th birthday cake we made for a special family member with highlights of 60 years of memories in edible images printed on wafer paper. There are photos taken from all around the cake (even though they are a bit busy in the background) so you can see most of it. This cake traveled 5 hours from sea level up to almost 7,000 feet on some pretty curvy roads to Lake Tahoe from the SF Bay area! Cake was our chocolate salted caramel flavor covered in chocolate ganache and home made fondant. Handmade number topper out of sugar paste. Thank you for looking! XO
