Hello Kitty mini cupcake toppers

I made 4 dozen mini cupcake toppers for my friend’s party this weekend. She is ordering minis from a local shoppe and wanted to dress them up.

I was lucky to find a stamp set of Hello Kitty at Michael’s craft store for a dollar. I rub my edible ink pen on the stamps and gently press them on rolled fondant. Then cut the shape out, centering the stamp.

The buttons and bows are from the new Wilton fondant molds that Michael’s has been carrying.
