What better flavor for a pink-loving girl’s 21st birthday than my amazing Cosmopolitan cake? Totally ‘girls night out’ & pink all the way to the core! This client wanted a very simple but elegant cake with one statement flower & gold trim. So of course, I broke out my trusty Marvelous Molds & created the ‘crown’ around the top of the cake & the bottom pearl border, all hand-painted in Rolkem’s wonderful metallic gold, which is 100% edible.
