Brenda’s first birthday cake is 1/2 DDCSC and 1/2 WASC and filled with fresh strawberry puree. It’s frosted with buttercream. The decorations are fondant. Mom sent me a pic of a cake that she wanted EXACTLY like the pic. I told her that I will make it as close as possible, that I do not copy exactly. She was adamant that the cake be exact…“What I see is what I want”. Well it’s not exact. We didn’t cover with fondant, the colors are different and I placed decorations in different areas…she LOVED it! LOL TYFL
