“English Rose” Birthday Cake for a lovely lady – Vanilla sponge filled with Tiptree raspberry jam & vanillabean buttercream. Decorated with royal icing piping detailing & hand made sugar roses which were softly airbrushed. I love airbrushing flowers instead of dusting as it takes seconds to do. This design was a blast from the past for me as based on the very first wedding cake I made 6 years ago! (Hopefully some improvement since then!)
