First topsy turvy cake I’ve done. Probably should have practiced first. All flowers are 100% edible as well as the Kawasaki topper. Redvelvet with cream cheese bottom tier. Middle is Amaratto with Amaretto buttercream and top is chocolate with chocolate buttercream with homemade marshmallow fondant.
