Hello Kitty Princess cake

Ever had a cake that wasnt really meant to be? Well this was it! This is the first cake I’ve ever had to strip the fondant and ganache off, right to the cake and start again :( The fondant would not go on the top tier!!!!!! Plus the original tiara broke this morning, and I had to make another one quickly and hope for the best.
The bottom tier is messy ombre buttercream ruffles which i was actually pretty happy with tho lol

Totally feel your pain – had to strip off fondant a couple of times, amongst other disasters…….including a broken tiara! Well done for hanging on in there and the end result is beautiful – love those ruffles and the tiara is so pretty x
