Pretty in Pink: My First Damask and Ombre Petal Cake

Loved the combinations of colors and the combinations of both techniques.. So i decided to combine a few new techniques, my firsts and it was a lot of fun making this one :) So, its my first Peony flower, first Damask, and first Petal techniques. 2 tiers, TOP: chocolate w/ chocolate ganache filling. Bottom: Vanilla Bean w/ Bavarian Filling, used chocolate ganache on both to crumb coat it and covered it w/ fondant. Decorated with a gumpaste Peony flower and used fondant to make the ombre petals. I used black Buttercream for the damask technique.
