“Road of life” 80th birthday cake. Inspiration came from a cake made by “Cakes Rock!” and I followed carving instructions for a spiral cake by “Happy Life Kitchen”. The bottom & top tiers are cream cheese pound cake with vanilla bean buttercream & the middle tier is cocoa banana cake with chocolate buttercream. Details are made out of gumpaste & fondant.
