Well I finally did a frozen cake.. This one was for my own little princess who turned 6 so of course we had a frozen party Lol. It was also the first time I ever sculpted a person or of just fondant. . So go easy on me hehe. . Also my first try at a fondant rose. .The castle and mountain is all RKT .. the cake is a strawberry chocolate marbled cake soaked with a strawberry syrup and filled with a chocolate SMBC iced in a rich chocolate ganache before being covered and decorated in marshmallow fondant .. it stood about 2 feet tall with the mountain being 18" ..thanks for looking! ! :-)
